submission for the high skill labor markets conference

Dear Rob,

Attached is an abstract for the conference. We have a paper written
already, but we think it would be best to refocus the text for this
audience, which is why I havent attached it. (The analyses dont change,
but the paper at the moment is written more for sociologists focused on
the theory of embeddednessand social networks rather than job search,
which is the dependent variable.)
