Dear Rob:

Please find attached "Innovation as a competitive norm? Strategic use of
research and professional services in the Jamaican Economy." This is very
much a work in progress. Among other things, I have not written a
conclusion for the paper. However, the paper is sufficiently developed to
provide readers with substantial understanding of the paper's objectives
and conclusions.
